Kigo's core reservation system is free. Also free, Kigo’s Income & Cost Accounting – lets you enter monthly costs and track income, including occupancy rates, average rates, gain/loss, etc.

Working with rental agencies has never been easier.

If your property is managed on an exclusive basis, opening a Kigo account lets you organize your reservations, easily monitor rental income and handle accounting.

For owners using multiple rental agencies or doing some booking themselves – Kigo is ideal. No more coordinating confirmations, everyone consults and books directly in Kigo. All changes are tracked in the reservation history. Everybody saves time.

For owners managing on their own, Kigo's My Pages lets your guests see your guest calendar, property description, photos, Google maps, guestbooks and guest request forms – just paste your My Pages link into an email or a vacation rental website.

For owners that have their own website, your guests can make requests directly into your account from your website using Kigo's embeddable Guest Request Forms and Calendars - you get notified by email each time.

Adding a rental agency is easy. Just send them an account connection request from your account.

Even if you're a do-it-your self owner, Kigo makes it so simple to work with agencies that you may want to add one to improve your occupancy rates.

Agencies that don't have Kigo accounts can always consult your up-to-date availability calendar on your My Pages.

Next month, we'll release Kigo Email Accounts, an optional feature that can be added to your account at any time, it auto-completes, sends, receives and stores all guest email correspondence and attaches them to each reservation. Customize your emails using templates.

All-in-one rental agency management: Kigo now offers pre-build websites for rental agencies with a selection of different template that can be customized. Use you current domain name or a kigo.net based name. We host it. Run multiple sites from the same Kigo back-office.

Check-in/outs and payments are easier to manage – rental agency and owner accounts now receive in-account visual alerts for check-in/out and payment events.

Income & Cost Accounting is now free for owners. Google maps, Guestbooks and Guest Request Forms have been added to My Pages. Owners can also embed request forms and calendars into their own website – and requests go directly into their account, and they get notified by email.

Rental agencies can now manage their entire agency online – still for free, including payments from guests and to owners. Also added: Email Notifications for agencies when owners make reservation changes. Plus a free beta version of Income & Cost Accounting for agencies.
